Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (TSXV: BTCT) announced the results of its annual and special shareholder meeting held on June 23, 2026. A total of 3,118,230 shares, representing 31.93% of all issued shares, were voted. All proposals in the meeting, as outlined in the May 15, 2026 circular, were approved by the majority. The board of directors was set to four members, re-electing Elliot Johnson, Michael Simonetta, Rajesh Lala, and Patrick McBride. Ernst & Young LLP was reappointed as auditors.
