Morgan Stanley запускає Bitcoin ETP

Morgan Stanley Investment Management has launched a Bitcoin exchange-traded product (ETP) that directly competes with existing spot Bitcoin ETFs. The Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust features a low expense ratio of 0.14%, compared to BlackRock’s 0.25%. This ETP tracks benchmark prices from major cryptocurrency exchanges and marks a shift toward a corporate crypto strategy for Morgan Stanley, which seeks to offer cryptocurrency trading and custody services. Alongside competition from Fidelity, which has been in the crypto space since 2019, the availability of these ETFs is crucial for brokers targeting Gen Z investors. Increasing recognition of cryptocurrency as an investment is blending traditional and decentralized finance.
